Hi, I'm Justine.

This isn't about adding more tea to a menu — it's about giving it a reason to be there. That means looking at sourcing, pricing, how it's presented on the menu, and whether staff can actually talk a customer into trying something new. Every engagement starts with what's actually happening at the counter, not a generic playbook.

How an engagement works

  1. 1

Audit — a working session on what's on the menu now, priced and sourced.

  2. 2

Recommend — a written plan on what to change and why.

  3. 3

Train — get the staff comfortable enough to recommend it.

  4. 4

Follow up — check what's actually sticking a few weeks in.

Frequently asked questions

What does an engagement actually involve?

It depends on where the menu is today — usually a working session on the current lineup, a written recommendation on sourcing and pricing, and staff training so the changes stick at the counter.

Is this only for tea-focused shops?

No — most clients are cafes and coffee shops where tea is a secondary category that's underperforming. The goal is making it worth the counter space, not turning a coffee shop into a tea house.

Do you work remotely or on-site?

Both, depending on the engagement — send a message and we'll figure out what makes sense for your shop.

How do we get started?

Send a message with a bit about your current tea program, and we'll go from there.
